Nanette received her undergraduate degree at UConn in Human and Family Services with an emphasis in Sociology and Women's Studies. She previously held positions in social services and the public-school system before her employment began at UConn in 2005. She has worked in various departments such as the Center for Academic Programs, Chemistry and the Library (since 2008). Customer service is her forte and she genuinely enjoys helping staff, students and the general public with information and referrals.
