Khara Leon
Assistant Dean for Library Administration
Khara Leon is the Assistant Dean for Library Administration for the UConn Library, and her areas of oversight include the UConn Library’s administrative services, budget and finance, facilities and security, human resources and organizational development, and library assessment.
Her professional focus is to lead and support operational effectiveness efforts across the UConn Library. An alumni of the University of Connecticut, Khara received her BA in History and Sociology, and her MS in Human Resource Management from the School of Business.
