Library Assessment focuses on improving library service through the collection and interpretation of diverse data. Library assessment reports annual library metrics (collections, facilities, resources, services, expenditures) and works with staff across the Library to develop assessments of services, evaluate internal processes, and solicit feedback from users about all aspects of library service.
