Jie Jiang
Research Services Librarian
Jie Jiang is the Research Services Librarian at the Homer Babbidge Library, serving as the liaison for the Departments of Kinesiology and Psychological Health. Jie earned her Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018, with an individualized track in digital stewardship. Jie is also a PhD candidate in the School of Library and Information Science at Simmons University, where her research focuses on data literacy, digital stewardship, and research data management.
With a strong background in mixed-methods research, Jie is committed to supporting UConn faculty and students in their research endeavors. Jie offers expertise in data management, research design, and digital information practices, providing personalized guidance to help researchers achieve their academic goals. Jie is passionate about collaborating with diverse communities and fostering a supportive research environment.
