Please note that assignments are approved on a first come, first served basis (after the application period has ended). To ensure consideration, all applications must be complete, including department approvals.
Applicants may send a reminder email for approval when checking their application status.
Research Carrels Policy and Guidelines
Research carrels are assigned to eligible applicants who are working on research projects requiring extensive use of library materials. Research carrels are not intended for use by occupants as study, storage or office space. Only individuals actively affiliated with the University of Connecticut are considered to be eligible.
