Research Carrels at the Homer Babbidge Library
We have a limited number of graduate research carrels available. These carrels are available for doctoral students only and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Please note you must be actively working on your dissertation and have passed all comprehensive or general examinations required by your program. Proof of exams is required, we are unable to accept incomplete applications. Please go to carrelreserve.lib.uconn.edu to submit an application.
Please note there are no research carrels currently available for undergraduate students, masters students, faculty, or emeritus. Please check this page periodically for updates on availability.

Per Diem Research Carrels
Please note that the iDesk, located on the Library’s Plaza Level, offers daily research carrels. These carrels are available daily for six hour increments on a first come first serve basis.
